| Brief Detail: | Under the guidance and direction of Psychiatrist and/or Medical Director, the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the on-going delivery of mental health and substance use assessment and treatment/dispositional medication evaluation, consultation, and monitoring; one-to-one therapy and follow-up, as well as group therapy; in reach services to ensure engagement in care and treatment; outpatient treatment referral services; and crisis intervention services in coordination with other members of the interdisciplinary team. |
