| Brief Detail: | Currently seek a Nurse Practitioner to use clinical expertise to plan the delivery of safe, therapeutic, population-specific patient care through assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation. With the patient and family central to the care, the NP/Middle-Level Provider incorporates the unique characteristics and needs of each patient and family member into the plan of care. The NP/Med-Level Provider works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to promote wellness and optimize patient outcomes. To qualify for this role, you must possess an MSN degree and have completed an accredited NP program, with current NYS registration. Women’s health background preferred; willing to consider new NP. Excellent communication skills are essential; basic computer skills a must. |
